Prices shown on this website are “from” prices per person and are subject to availability, season, airport and hotel band. A quote is confirmed only when we send written confirmation of the final package, hotels, flights and total price. Until then, listed prices may change.
A booking is formed when we confirm your package in writing and you pay the deposit or amount stated on that confirmation. The contract is between you and PEOPLI LTD trading as Al Buraq Travels.
Unless stated otherwise on your confirmation, packages typically include return UK flights, Makkah and Madinah hotels, Umrah visa processing and ground transfers. Meals, Rawdah permit assistance and Ziyarat tours apply only where listed on your itinerary. Exact hotel names and flight details are confirmed at booking.
Airlines and hotels may change schedules or room types. If a significant change is needed before travel, we will contact you with alternatives of comparable standard where possible. Minor schedule changes do not automatically cancel the booking.
A named specialist from our Wishaw team stays reachable after confirmation. Keep your written booking confirmation for your records.
